Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can manifest as persistent worry, social discomfort, perfectionism, rumination, or panic attacks, making it difficult to feel at ease in daily life. My approach incorporates CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, psychodynamic theory and mindfulness—among other types of therapy—to help you better understand your anxiety, break free from anxious cycles, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and control in your life.

Depression Therapy

Depression and burnout can make even simple tasks feel exhausting, leaving you feeling disconnected, unmotivated, and emotionally drained. I apply depression treatments like Behavioral Activation and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to clients dislodge stuck patterns, re-engage with meaningful activities, and foster self-compassion towards confidence and fulfillment in life.

Men’s Issues

Men often face unique pressures around emotional expression, relationships, and identity, sometimes feeling like they have to manage everything on their own. Drawing from principles of humanism, emotion-focused therapy, and attachment theory—among others—I help men navigate relationships, stress, and personal growth in a way that aligns with their values and goals.

OCD Treatment

OCD can create an exhausting cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions that interfere with daily life. It may feel like no matter how much you try to control your fears, the relief is only temporary. Techniques from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, ACT, and mindfulness can help you gradually reduce compulsions and mental checking; increase tolerance for uncertainty; and regain confidence in your ability to manage distress.

Career Counseling

Work-related stress, uncertainty, or dissatisfaction can leave you feeling stuck or unfulfilled. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, workplace challenges, or seeking greater meaning in your work, I help you clarify your goals and develop strategies to move forward with confidence. Using personalized strategies, I guide clients through decision-making processes and empower them to achieve professional fulfillment and success.

Trauma Therapy | Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

Unresolved trauma can shape the way you experience yourself and others, affecting relationships, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. Whether you’ve experienced challenges in childhood, difficult relationships, or distressing life events, therapy can facilitate deep emotional processing, strengthen self-trust, and help you move forward with greater confidence and ease.

Grief & Loss Counseling

Grief is a deeply personal experience that can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or another significant life change, therapy provides a space to process your emotions, integrate your loss in a way, and move forward with resilience and hope.

Flourishing & Well-being

Therapy isn’t just for those in distress—it can also be a space for personal growth, greater self-awareness, and enhancing overall well-being. As an alumnus of Penn’s Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program, I offer a unique specialization in positive psychology. Drawing on this and other evidence-based strategies, I help clients rediscover strengths, cultivate resilience, and create a more meaning in life.
